Our Shop & Dine Lancaster program benefits merchants by encouraging consumers to shop in Lancaster for everyday purchases, services and big ticket items. When a shopper accumulates $300 in sales receipts from one or more Lancaster businesses,^* the consumer can exchange those receipts at City Hall and receive a $30 Shop & Dine Lancaster gift card, which is as good as cash at any participating business.

A similar program offered in conjunction with the Lancaster Auto Mall is even more exciting. Each time someone buys a new car from an Auto Mall dealer, they’ll qualify for a rebate of their registration fees in the form of a Shop & Dine Lancaster gift card. This can add up to hundreds of dollars which can be spent in your establishment.

Nearly every licensed business in the City is eligible to participate. Simply agree to some simple terms and we’ll place you on the list. Once you’re On the List, you are authorized to accept these cards and receive 100 percent reimbursement from the City. We’ll also be promoting the program on the web, in local media and via direct mail to every resident, so it’s bound to create quite a buzz.
